Welcome to Authentic Luxe Leather, a brand registered under the name Synergy Now. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

"Services" means any service provided by Authentic Luxe Leather, including but not limited to the use of the Authentic Luxe Leather website, mobile application, or any other platform developed by Authentic Luxe Leather.

By uploading, posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any Content, you grant Authentic Luxe Leather a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Services and Authentic Luxe Leather's business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all Content or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases that are necessary to grant to Authentic Luxe Leather the rights in such Content, as contemplated under these terms and conditions; and (ii) neither the Content nor your submission, uploading, publishing, or otherwise making available of such Content nor Authentic Luxe Leather's use of the Content as permitted herein will infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Authentic Luxe Leather, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
